For orders placed on our Shopify store, we have a strict cancellation policy that is outlined below:

1. Cancellations requested within 2 hours of placing the order will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations requested after 12 hours but before the item has been shipped will be eligible for a partial refund.
3. We do not accept cancellations once the item has been shipped.
